We may change the site or these terms. The effective date above tells you which version applies, and the version in force is the one published here at the time you use the site.

This site describes who we are and what we do. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, interest or financial instrument, and it is not an invitation to invest.

If any part of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
